First Response Team Lead – Social Care

London Borough of Harrow is seeking a First Response Team Manager to oversee a team of Social Workers, Senior Practitioners and other social care staff working with children in need, including those in need of protection and those subject to care proceedings.

The role requires ensuring a high quality, cost effective social work service to children and families and delivery in line with statutory responsibilities and organisational priorities, with a focus on achieving key performance targets.
