Community Palliative Nurse Specialist (12-Month Secondment)

St Columba’s Hospice Care is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse to join the community team for a 12‑month secondment. You will deliver specialist, holistic care, manage assessments and coordinate care plans for patients and carers in the community.

Working independently and with a multi-disciplinary team, you will contribute to a robust CPD programme and develop skills across palliative care. A full UK driving licence and flexible week commitment are required.
