Finance Business Partner – 30-Year Planning & Treasury

First Choice Homes Oldham (FCHO) is seeking a Finance Business Partner in our Business Planning and Treasury area to strengthen long‑term financial planning and treasury activities. The role will drive the 30-year plan, support cashflow forecasting, and provide clear financial insight to executives and partners.

You’ll manage complex financial modelling, advise on investments, and ensure robust, compliant reporting for the Board and regulators while collaborating with leaders and budget holders.
