Part-Time HR Manager — People & Culture Leader

Sauce Collective is seeking a dynamic HR Manager to shape the future of our West London-based agency. This part-time role (three days a week in the office) leads people and culture strategies, L&D, and productivity initiatives to build a high-performance, creative environment.

You will integrate two legacy teams post-acquisition, drive HR best practices, and partner with Co-Founders on workforce planning and policy updates.
