Senior Employee Relations Advisor – 12-Month FTC

EY’s Talent Shared Services in Birmingham is seeking an Employee Relations Advisor to join the HR team on a 12‑month secondment. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality employee relations guidance to managers across absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance matters, while ensuring compliance with EY policies and employment law.

You will build strong relationships with the business, manage a busy caseload, stay updated on process changes, and contribute to HR projects as required.
