Working closely with senior leaders, you’ll provide strategic and hands-onHR and OD support across a multi-site organisation, helping to shape thepeople agenda and support organisational and cultural change.

You’ll act as a ‘true’ business partner to senior leaders and play a keyrole in delivering HR projects – turning strategy into action and providingpragmatic advice and challenge.
We’re looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong generalistbackground, ideally gained within a multi-site SME organisation. You’llhave experience of leading teams and managing organisational change,together with a strong understanding of UK employment law.
You’ll be commercial and operational, confident working at pace andcomfortable rolling your sleeves up when needed. Strong influencing,communication and stakeholder management skills are essential, as is agenuine desire to make a positive difference within a values-ledorganisation.
