Residential Conveyancing Expert (2+ PQE) – Leasehold & New Builds

eNL is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner in Gloucestershire. The role focuses on leasehold, new builds, Help to Buy and shared ownership, coordinating the team to meet business objectives. DOE salary ranges from £38,000 to £55,000.

Ideal candidates will have a proven track record with mixed conveyancing matters, be adept at client liaison, case management and business development to generate ongoing workflows. PQE of 2+ years preferred and strong administrative skills.
