Senior Branch Manager – 12‑Month Secondment

Nationwide is seeking a Senior Branch Manager for our Wellingborough, Northamptonshire branch. This 12-month secondment is full-time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Saturday.

You’ll lead a high-performing team, drive customer service excellence and embody Nationwide’s values in day-to-day operations. You’ll manage performance, develop staff, and ensure regulatory and service standards are met while championing customer-first behaviours.
