Property Manager

We’re working with a highly regarded, independent property company looking to appoint an experienced Property Manager to join their London team.

You’ll take responsibility for a manageable portfolio of approximately 100 residential properties, providing a high-quality service to landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy lifecycle.

The role:

• Managing a portfolio of around 100 residential properties
• Acting as the main point of contact for landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs with contractors
• Managing tenancy matters from move-in through to check-out
• Arranging and conducting property inspections
• Coordinating end-of-tenancy works and property cleans
• Handling deposit and maintenance queries
• Ensuring properties remain compliant with relevant legislation
• Working closely with the wider lettings and property management teams
