Dental Practice Manager: Lead, Grow & Inspire

Bupa Dental Care Newton Abbot is seeking a Dental Practice Manager to lead a busy practice from Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, on a fixed-term contract for 12 months. You will assume day-to-day autonomy to run the practice and shape its future, delivering excellent patient care while meeting income targets.

You will manage a team of 7–15 staff, recruit, motivate, and ensure compliance with CQC and regulations.
