Front of House Training Coach (Nationwide Travel)

Marston’s PLC is seeking a Front of House Skills Trainer on a 12-month fixed-term contract based at the Wolverhampton area. You will manage the delivery of learning solutions across pub operations, delivering engaging sessions face-to-face, digitally and in blended formats.

You will travel nationwide with a valid UK driving licence, build strong stakeholder relationships, and coach teams to improve guest experiences. This role requires passion for development and strong presentation skills.
