Job Description:
Disability North in the North Tyneside area is seeking dedicated Support Workers to provide high-quality person-centred support for a 47-year-old man living at home.
You will work as part of a 24/7 rota within a family environment, delivering 2:1 care, enabling independence, and supporting activities including access to leisure and health needs.
A driving licence and the ability to drive an automatic WAV are desirable; training will be provided where necessary.
