The Placement Journey
Over the course of your placement year, you’ll complete three rotations designed to broaden your experience and accelerate your development:
- Rotation 1 – September – January – 5 months
- Rotation 2 – February – May – 4 months
- Rotation 3 – June – August – 3 months
Every placement is different, but you’ll spend time where the action happens, inside our manufacturing operations, seeing first‑hand how food is produced for millions of consumers every day.
