Overview
In this role you will advise on a broad spectrum of real estate finance transactions for lenders and borrowers, with a focus on development finance, refinancing, and asset management. You will work within the Real Estate Finance team in Cheltenham, collaborating across teams to support clients and opportunities. The position offers exposure to a variety of lenders and structures, a client-focused environment, and opportunities for growth and international secondments. This is a hands-on, impact-driven role in a fast-paced firm that values technical excellence and relationship building.

Responsibilities
- Advise on real estate finance transactions across loans, acquisitions, development finance, and refinancing
- Maintain and develop specialist knowledge in real estate finance
- Collaborate with the wider team
- Participate in business development and referral opportunities
Key requirements
- 2-4 years PQE
- Exposure to real estate finance (directly or via commercial property)
- Strong technical and drafting skills
- Ability to manage client relationships and work collaboratively
