Production Manager

Overview

In this Production Manager role, you will lead daily manufacturing operations at a PVC windows and composite doors plant, ensuring targets, quality and on-time delivery. You will manage production planning, supervise teams and drive continuous improvement across the site. The position offers leadership responsibility, performance accountability and opportunities to shape factory performance in a growing business. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain safety, efficiency and quality at scale.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules and workflow
• Lead, motivate and develop production teams
• Ensure quality, output and KPI targets are met
• Coordinate labour, materials and resources
• Drive health and safety standards across the factory
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement solutions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives

Key requirements

• PVC windows and composite doors manufacturing experience is essential
• Previous Production Management experience in PVC windows and doors environment
• Strong understanding of PVC fabrication, assembly and production processes
• Experience managing teams in fast-paced manufacturing
• Excellent organisational and planning skills
• Strong communication and leadership abilities
