Stability Coordinator

Overview

In this role you coordinate pharmaceutical stability activities within a GMP laboratory setting, ensuring samples, records and equipment are managed accurately and compliantly. You will join the Stability Team in Melbourn and contribute to timely stability studies while receiving comprehensive training. Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day stability and sample management activities
• Operate temperature- and humidity-controlled storage areas and equipment
• Handle routine and ad-hoc sample storage, retrieval, preparation and disposal
• Maintain accurate hard-copy and electronic stability records
• Organise and dispatch samples to internal/external labs and clients
• Support facility and equipment checks, including preventative maintenance
• Plan workload to meet daily timelines and shipment deadlines
• Communicate clearly within the stability team and wider lab groups
• Work with Stability Team Leader to gain autonomy as experience develops

• Ability to follow clear instructions and processes (training provided)
• Methodical and reliable approach to routine, process-driven work
• Comfortable with paperwork and record-keeping
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility for tasks
• Role involves some manual handling and movement across two floors without a lift
• Early morning availability to support stability pulls and 12:30pm shipment deadline
• Experience in GMP, laboratory, logistics or regulated environment (desirable)
• Transferable experience from administration, logistics, warehousing, retail operations
• Scientific qualifications or laboratory experience (preferred)
