Overview
In this role you will help grow a leading Employment practice in London, advising employers and senior executives in financial and professional services. You’ll handle matters from exits and settlements to governance, regulatory concerns and disputes, while drafting key contracts and remuneration packages. You’ll work closely with established partners, contributing to the long‑term development of the practice and your own profile. The opportunity combines high‑level advisory work with mentorship and a strong remuneration package.

Responsibilities
- Advise on sensitive exits and negotiated settlements
- Address remuneration issues and non‑compete provisions
- Tackle governance questions, regulatory concerns, and investigations
- Oversee disciplinary processes and grievances
- Draft/review employment contracts and remuneration packages
- Manage disputes including tribunal and High Court litigation
- Collaborate with partners to build the practice over the long term
Key requirements
- 5+ PQE for Senior Associate or Legal Director level
- Experience advising senior executives, plus broader employment background considered
- Full-time role with option for 4 days per week
