Overview

In this role you will act as a senior real estate specialist within a leading Southwest law firm, handling a range of matters from commercial lettings to property development and rural transactions. You will guide client relationships with a solutions-driven approach and work cross-functionally with other practice areas to deliver integrated legal services. You’ll help grow the Taunton office and region through business development and leadership of junior colleagues. • Advising on commercial lettings, property development, and rural property transactions
• Leading client relationships with a solutions-first approach

Key requirements

• 8-10+ years’ PQE in real estate
• Expertise in commercial lettings, property development, or rural property
• Exceptional communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
