Overview

In this role you will serve as a senior Real Estate Finance Lawyer within a top UK law firm’s Real Estate Finance team in Bristol. You will advise banks and high net worth clients on a range of finance transactions, lead on complex deals and mentor junior lawyers. You will help design processes, support business development, and contribute to the strategic growth of the practice. The role combines technical excellence with leadership to deliver high-quality client service in a collaborative, growth-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop strong client relationships
• Advise on commercial, mixed-use and residential buy-to-let finance transactions
• Collaborate with lenders who use indemnity insurance on volume
• Design and improve processes for new and existing clients
• Lead, supervise and mentor junior lawyers
• Support strategic direction and growth of the team
• Attend networking events, conferences and business development initiatives
