Overview

Are you ready to own procurement and help shape how an entire operational function works? At David Harber, a British luxury design and manufacturing business, you’ll oversee procurement, stock, and supplier relationships while coordinating across design, workshop, and logistics. You’ll drive process improvements, cost control, and the ERP upgrade to Sage 200, boosting visibility and efficiency. This is a hands-on role with scope to grow into broader operational leadership. You’ll make a tangible impact on high-value, bespoke pieces for global clients.

Pay / Benefits

• salary 49,000 – 52,000 DOE
• on-site role with potential for one day work from home after probation

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day procurement across materials and subcontracted services
• Build supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, terms and lead times; monitor performance and risk
• Manage materials, stock, inventory planning and oversee logistics and fleet
• Coordinate design-to-production priorities and ensure timely delivery
• Support Health & Safety standards and records across the site
• Drive Sage 200 ERP adoption and help streamline stock and inventory processes
• Line-manage two direct reports and develop capability across operations
