Clinical Negligence Solicitor (Defendant)

Overview

In this role you will manage your own caseload of clinical negligence claims, including litigated matters, for a defendant-focused practice. You will support senior solicitors on high-value cases and provide clear, empathetic advice to clients. You’ll collaborate across the firm to ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience. Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload, including litigated clinical negligence claims
• Assist senior team members on complex, high-value cases
• Provide accurate, empathetic and clear legal advice to clients
• Collaborate across the firm to deliver an exceptional client experience

Key requirements

• 2+ years PQE in clinical negligence (defendant experience preferred)
• Proven ability to manage own caseload including litigated claims
• Strong communication skills and ability to take instructions
• Experience assisting senior solicitors with complex, high-value cases
• Ability to work independently and in a collaborative team
