Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of residential conveyancing matters
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Oversee registered and unregistered property transactions
• Process Right to Buy, Shared Ownership, and Transfer of Equity
• Liaise with clients, agents, lenders and third parties
• Maintain excellent communication and client care throughout transactions
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver a high quality service
• Support progression and development within a growing team

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC with residential conveyancing experience
• Ability to manage a full caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
