Responsibilities
- Manage a varied residential property caseload
- Handle sales and purchases across freehold and leasehold
- Work with new build and shared ownership transactions
- Deliver exceptional client care and maintain professional standards
- Collaborate with a supportive team while working independently as needed
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ residential conveyancing experience
- Qualified Residential Property Solicitor or experienced Conveyancing Executive
- Proven ability to manage own caseload confidently
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Ability to work under pressure and stay highly organized
