In this PSL/knowledge-focused role, you will support a premier property team by translating complex property law into practical guidance, training, and resources. You’ll shape technical excellence, monitor developments, and drive best practice across the department, collaborating with partners and fee-earners. The role blends strategic knowledge management with high-quality legal support, offering influence without routine fee-earning pressure.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver technical training programmes for the Property team
• Support ongoing professional development of lawyers and support staff
• Provide expert guidance on complex property matters
• Monitor legislative, regulatory and market developments
• Develop and maintain precedents, know-how and knowledge resources

Key requirements

• 6+ years PQE in Commercial and/or Residential Property
• Strong technical expertise in property law
• Solicitor or PSL background
