Responsibilities

• Handling landlord and tenant issues (leases, licences to assign, surrenders, assignments)
• Managing transactions for sale/purchase of owner-occupied properties and secured lending, including sale and leaseback
• Overseeing the sale and purchase of investment properties

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive
• Minimum 2 years PQE in commercial real estate or related field
• Commercially aware with exceptional communication skills
