Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead projects and oversee daily operations to drive improvements in a small medical-sector business. You will bridge project delivery with budgets, quality, and regulatory compliance, working to meet customer and company objectives. You’ll foster cross-functional collaboration and help identify growth opportunities while strengthening processes. This is an hands-on, visible role with a core impact on performance and compliance, offering meaningful scope to shape operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver business projects, balancing resources, priorities and risks to meet objectives
• Support strategic planning and identify growth opportunities while improving operations
• Assist with budgets and monitor financial performance, controlling expenditure
• Maintain and improve compliance with medical device regulations
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners

Key requirements

• Strong background in project management or operations management
• Proactive, customer-centric approach with leadership capability
• Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and financial performance
• Experience with regulatory requirements and Governance, Risk and Compliance
• Desirable knowledge of ISO 13485
• Eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship
