Responsibilities

• Manage and advise on commercial property matters for landlords and tenants
• Work on joint ventures, retail and leisure projects, acquisitions and developments for commercial/mixed-use purposes
• Handle portfolio sales and business transfers (e.g., restaurants, guest houses)
• Advise on commercial contracts
• Support business development and client relationship building; contribute to marketing efforts
• Collaborate with colleagues while managing your own caseload
• Engage with SME and OMB clients and contribute to the firm’s market presence

Key requirements
