Group Treasury Implementation Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead a major Treasury Management System transformation within a PE-backed multinational, shaping the group’s treasury technology and processes. You will operate within the high-profile Group Treasury team, driving Kyriba implementation, system optimisation, and cross-functional integrations across multiple jurisdictions. Your work supports growing international treasury activities and strategic investments. This is a hands-on leadership role that combines transformation, delivery, and stakeholder engagement to enable scalable treasury operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Kyriba implementation and rollout programmes
• Manage project workstreams across multiple jurisdictions
• Act as primary relationship manager with implementation partners
• Drive system optimisation, onboarding and user adoption
• Support integrations between Kyriba, ERP and reporting platforms
• Manage treasury systems administration and governance
• Support investments and money market fund activity

Key requirements

• Extensive Kyriba experience
• Proven TMS implementation and project management track record
• Experience in treasury systems consulting or implementation environments advantageous
• Corporate treasury experience highly desirable
• Strong understanding of banking systems, connectivity and payment protocols
• Professional accounting qualification beneficial but not essential
