Business Analyst, Corrigo Deployments

Overview

In this role, you will analyze business needs and translate them into requirements and practical processes. You’ll collaborate with Deployment, Customer Success, and Integrations teams to align client objectives with technical solutions. You’ll design end-to-end processes, support testing, and enable data-driven decisions to improve client outcomes. This position offers exposure to SaaS deployments and a pathway to impact client experiences through robust analytics and cross-functional teamwork. You will work in a dynamic, client-facing environment to drive tangible improvements.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements to improve or create processes and systems
• Design scalable end-to-end business processes with controls and metrics
• Collaborate with technical staff to enhance or develop solutions
• Prepare and execute test strategies, plans, and matrices
• Prepare and deliver training to business users on new systems or processes
• Provide support to address complex business issues and present recommendations
• Support testing to ensure data accuracy and validity
• Monitor projects to ensure solutions meet requirements
• Analyze consumer data to support business objectives
• Identify change requests and assess impact on project delivery
• Prepare and present consumer insights to stakeholders
• Leverage industry knowledge to support client decision making
• Identify opportunities for Additional Services, Product Usage, or integrations
• Handle other duties as assigned by management

Key requirements

• Experience in business needs analysis, workflow assessments, and creating business/functional requirements documents
• Experience or knowledge of use case development
• Proficiency in MS Project/Plan, Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
• Experience in external client-facing environments
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, and focused on exceeding client expectations
• Strong strategic analytical skills and ability to implement strategies
• Effective communication with diverse stakeholders
• Ability to understand a complex technical environment
• Experience in business assessments and translating results into enterprise solutions
