Project Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex IT and business change projects across global operating units, aligning scope, budget, and schedule with governance and quality standards. You’ll coordinate cross-functional workstreams, manage third-party partners, and report to senior stakeholders, driving tangible outcomes within a diverse, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex IS and business change projects
• Maintain project plans, schedules, milestones and resource needs
• Manage budgets, forecasts, risks, issues, dependencies and change controls
• Coordinate technical and business workstreams to ensure project success
• Build relationships with stakeholders across the business, OpCos and external suppliers
• Provide clear project reporting to senior stakeholders and governance
• Support governance, QA and compliance with delivery frameworks
• Lead and motivate multidisciplinary teams in a collaborative environment
• Manage third-party suppliers to meet contractual and delivery obligations
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks to maintain momentum

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex IT, IS or business transformation projects
• Experience managing platforms, infrastructure, ERP, CRM or business change initiatives
• Strong understanding of Waterfall and Hybrid delivery methodologies
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with influence across levels
• Experience managing budgets, governance and delivery controls
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities and workstreams
• Effective problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Experience working with third-party suppliers and external delivery partners
• Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP, APM or equivalent is desirable
• Collaborative leadership style and passion for delivering successful outcomes
