Sales Manager

Overview

In this Sales Manager role, you drive group sales for Hilton’s Hotels team, turning prospects into memorable guest experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional colleagues to grow room revenue and profitability through targeted outreach and strategic plans. You shape proposals, negotiate terms, and oversee end-to-end bookings to maximize revenue. You’ll operate in a fast-paced hospitality environment, reinforcing Hilton’s light and warmth through strong client partnerships. This is a client-facing role with a clear impact on guest stays and hotel performance.

Responsibilities

• Generate and convert new business through proactive outreach and database mining to drive group sales
• Build and maintain client relationships as the primary contact for assigned market segments
• Develop targeted sales strategies by analyzing hotel and market trends to meet sales goals
• Lead end-to-end sales process including proposals, site visits, negotiations, and contract execution
• Manage booking details and ensure accurate entry of accounts and reservations in the sales management system
