Sales Manager

Overview

In this role you will lead the Workplace Drug Testing sales efforts for the Midlands, shaping strategy and driving growth. You will align sales activities with the Business Line strategy to expand the customer base and hit EBIT targets. You’ll manage and develop a team of sales executives, forecasting and setting quotas to fuel sustained performance. This position offers the opportunity to influence market expansion within a respected, mission-driven forensics group. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver customer-focused, compliant solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to grow the customer base and double size within 4 years
• Forecast, set annual quotas, and project sales volume and profit for existing and new products
• Lead and develop sales executives, assess team strengths/weaknesses, and provide performance appraisals
• Achieve growth targets and EBIT objectives through effective sales management
• Ensure adherence to organisational policies and relevant regulations in staff management
• Build cross-functional partnerships to support sales initiatives and customer focus
• Monitor market trends in workplace drug testing to inform strategy

Key requirements
