Responsibilities

• Advise on commercial property acquisitions, disposals and portfolio transactions
• Manage landlord and tenant matters including leasing and asset management
• Support property development and regeneration projects
• Advise on real estate aspects of corporate transactions and financing
• Take ownership of day-to-day transaction management
• Build and maintain client relationships with responsiveness and commercial focus
• Identify opportunities to deepen existing relationships and win new clients
• Contribute to business development and raise personal profile in the market
• Mentor junior lawyers and collaborate across practice areas
• Support team growth and develop professional profile

Key requirements

• Commercial Real Estate Solicitor with 5+ years PQE (England & Wales)
• Strong technical experience in a recognised real estate practice
• Experience in commercial property transactions including acquisitions, disposals, and landlord and tenant matters
• Commercial awareness with practical, solution-focused advice
• Confidence to manage transactions and interact directly with clients
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Proactive, motivated approach with interest in business development
• Ambition to develop professional profile and contribute to team success
