Overview
In this role you will manage a busy residential conveyancing caseload within a growing private property team. You will handle a broad range of matters, from sales and purchases to remortgages and transfers of equity, delivering strong client service. Working alongside agents and other professionals, you will contribute to business development and help uphold regulatory standards. The position offers flexibility with full-time or part-time options and a supportive, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage own residential conveyancing caseload
- Handle freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Oversee remortgages and transfers of equity
- Work on new build transactions
- Maintain high-quality client service and relationships with clients, agents and professionals
- Engage in business development activities
Key requirements
- At least 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing
- Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical knowledge of residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience using case management systems
- Solid understanding of regulatory requirements
- Experience in landlord and tenant matters or leasehold extensions advantageous
- Strong organisational skills
