Core Supply Chain Consultant

Overview

In this role you help clients reimagine and transform their supply chains, delivering actionable planning and analytics capabilities at scale. You work with cross‑functional teams to address priority C‑suite issues and implement future operating models. You’ll apply digital and platform-led approaches to demand, fulfilment, and control towers, enabling rapid value realisation. The opportunity combines strategic advisory with hands-on delivery across leading SCM technologies and industries.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery teams to formulate and execute customer‑centric planning strategies
• Lead end-to-end strategy to implementation of supply chain digital and analytics capabilities (e.g., SAP, S4/IBP, Oracle, BlueYonder, Kinaxis)
• Work on supply chain transformations aligned with client challenges and future operating model
• Create capabilities (process/tools/people) aligned with target operating models
• Analyse and model financial data to support large‑scale cost reduction programmes
• Improve clients’ ability to drive business outcomes through digital planning, reporting, and analytics
• Leverage digital and emerging technologies (RPA, IoT, Blockchain, Analytics, AI) to power operational strategies
• Maintain awareness of advancements in digital, analytics, and SCM ecosystems
• Build and sustain trusted client relationships and adapt to client needs

Key requirements

• 3–5 years of consulting or project delivery experience
• Functional experience in S&OP, demand planning, supply planning, warehouse management, or related SCM areas
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Experience in originating new work and managing commercial aspects of engagements
• Strong client relationship building and communication skills
• Structured thinking and ability to articulate ideas clearly
• Experience delivering against scope, timelines and budgets in a top-tier setting
