Learning & Development Business Partner

Overview

You will design, deliver and continuously improve learning for PayPoint’s sales teams, blending product knowledge, soft skills and processes. Working with sales, product owners and stakeholders, you’ll create practical training, induction programmes and coaching that drive measurable performance. You’ll lead end-to-end new starter onboarding and ensure content stays accurate and aligned with business priorities. This role combines hands-on learning delivery with strategy to foster a culture of continuous development.

Responsibilities

• Design engaging learning materials across formats (playbooks, guides, presentations, workbooks, eLearning)
• Deliver training face-to-face, online and on-the-job to diverse audiences
• Lead product, systems and project-launch training to build confidence and application
• Own the end-to-end new starter induction for PayPoint sales teams
• Coach individuals and groups to improve product knowledge, retailer conversations, compliance and performance
• Provide on-field feedback during store visits and translate into actionable development plans
• Maintain content accuracy with product owners and stakeholders, aligned to priorities
• Use assessments, completion data and learner feedback to improve the learning offering
• Simplify processes and translate business changes into learning materials

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering learning in person, online and on the job
• Strong presentation, facilitation and coaching skills with wide audience reach
• Flexible approach to learning considering experience, accessibility and individual needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication, making complex information clear
• Strong organisation and ability to manage competing priorities
• Proactive, solutions-focused mindset with risk anticipation and action
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word
