Project Manager

Overview

In this role you drive project delivery by leveraging Veeva CRM and coordinating multi-team efforts in life sciences projects. You will plan, track progress, and ensure timely delivery while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders. Your work supports the overall program by gathering requirements, managing risks, and keeping cross-functional teams aligned. This position offers the chance to apply deep Veeva CRM knowledge within pharma projects and shape successful client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on Veeva CRM knowledge to project work
• Plan, track, and coordinate project activities to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage stakeholder interactions across business and technical teams
• Elicit requirements, identify risks/issues, and coordinate across multiple teams
• Handle multiple activities concurrently and meet agreed timelines

• Veeva CRM experience
• Project management experience
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Experience gathering requirements
• Experience managing risks and issues
• Ability to coordinate across multiple teams
• Life Sciences/Pharma client experience preferred
• 10-15 years of experience
