• up to 65,000 basic + Bonus

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and engineering activities to ensure safe, reliable plant and equipment
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements for a COMAH site
• Inspire, coach and develop the engineering team; support succession planning
• Foster a culture of safety, accountability and continuous improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet operational goals

Key requirements

• Engineering maintenance background in Electrical, EC&I or Mechanical Engineering
• Experience working on COMAH facilities and safety practices
• Proven leadership and people development capabilities
