Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of residential property transactions with expertise
• Use advanced case management systems to maintain workflow and client updates
• Perform compliance, due diligence, and risk assessments to high standards
• Support colleagues and contribute to a collaborative team culture

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer
• Minimum 2 years’ fee-earning experience in a busy residential conveyancing team
• Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to work under pressure
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High standards of client care
• Business development awareness and local property sector contacts
• Confidence with legal technology and IT systems
• Interest in mentoring junior staff and shaping team culture
