In this role you will manage a high-quality caseload of residential conveyancing in Bristol, guiding clients through sales, purchases and remortgages. You will work closely with the Bristol office to sustain growth while maintaining excellent client service. You will handle complex, high-value transactions with minimal supervision and contribute to the firm’s reputation for quality and reliability. Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases
• Handle transfers of equity and remortgages
• Tackle complex, high-value and bespoke transactions
• Provide clear, expert guidance to clients throughout the process
• Support growth and development of the Bristol office
• Maintain excellent client care and professional standards

Key requirements

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing
• Experience at Senior Associate or Partner level
• Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage complex matters independently
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills
• Proactive, organised, commercially aware approach
• Confidence handling a busy caseload with minimal supervision
• Strong IT skills and familiarity with legal case management systems
