Overview

In this role you will provide strategic, proactive management of a UK commercial property portfolio for major corporate occupiers. You will work within the Corporate Real Estate team to support flagship clients, delivering integrated estate management and trusted advisory across the asset lifecycle. You will handle cross‑portfolio matters and contribute to shaping outcomes that align with clients’ business goals. This is a client‑facing, advisory position in a high‑performing, industry‑leading team.

Responsibilities

• Strategic advisory and proactive management of a diverse UK commercial property portfolio for corporate occupiers
• Lead on property matters across disposals, lettings, easements, wayleaves, alterations, under lettings and service-charge issues
• Provide trusted, value‑adding advice at all stages of the asset lifecycle
• Support two flagship clients, including a large institutional estate and a national infrastructure portfolio
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to deliver joined‑up estate management solutions

Key requirements

• MRICS qualification
• Experience in corporate occupier real estate / property portfolio management
• Advisory experience and ability to lead on complex property matters
