Affordable Housing Supply Programme Officer

Overview

In this role you will support the programme and project management of Oxford’s housing supply initiatives, helping to accelerate delivery of affordable homes across the Council and its housing company. You will build strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders to enable outcomes and contribute to ongoing opportunities and regeneration efforts to meet housing needs. This is a mission-driven role in a city facing affordability challenges, offering meaningful impact through cross‑organisational collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support effective programme and project management of the housing supply programme across Council, housing company, and partners
• Help accelerate delivery of affordable homes and regeneration initiatives
• Identify opportunities to grow and sustain the housing supply programme
• Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners and stakeholders
• Contribute to developing new opportunities and initiatives to meet housing needs
