Overview
As a Sales Engineer, you will drive the technical side of sales for CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease in the London market. You will translate client needs into compelling demonstrations, manage pilots and POCs, and support RFP responses to differentiate our SaaS solutions. You’ll collaborate with Sales, Product, and other internal teams to shape solutions and responses, while driving technical success throughout the pursuit. This role places you at the intersection of technology, real estate software, and client solutions, with travel up to 25% across the UK and Europe. Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales support to Sales team, partners and prospective customers
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations of CoStar Real Estate Manager and Visual Lease
- Develop Implementation Services plans
- Manage proofs of concept and pilots
- Own technical aspects of sales pursuits and respond to RFI/RFP requirements
- Provide feedback to Product Management and collaborate with internal departments
- Travel up to 25% as needed
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- SaaS sales engineer or technical selling experience in SaaS or related consulting in Finance/Accounting/IT
- Proven track record and commitment to prior employers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to learn new SaaS applications quickly and present to clients
- Willingness to travel in UK and Europe
