Overview

In this role you lead the EMEA Integrated Business Applications (IBA) team within Anaplan’s GTM ecosystem, driving domain expertise in Supply Chain and shaping our market approach. You will mentor senior professionals, influence product and go-to-market strategy, and enable cross-functional execution from demand generation to post-sale expansion. You’ll contribute strategic thought leadership to elevate Anaplan’s Supply Chain offerings and customer impact. This is a high-visibility opportunity to steer regional success and showcase scalable, knowledge-driven enablement and sales acceleration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EMEA IBA Team to achieve domain, LOB, and application targets
• Develop and deliver scalable enablement assets and compelling sales programs (ROI insights, case studies, training materials)
• Translate domain expertise into crisp sales tactics aligned with customer requirements
• Support complex sales opportunities as a strategy/transformation domain expert (onsite and remote)
• Act as customer advocate post-sale to drive expansion
• Support Platform, Application and AI teams with design guidance and early adopter feedback
• Capture field insights to shape product roadmap priorities
• Contribute thought leadership content and market insights for events, whitepapers, and executive briefings
• Collaborate with Competitive Intelligence to sharpen differentiation and battlecards

Key requirements

• Proven leader with executive presence who has driven performance in consulting, SaaS, or enterprise software
• Extensive experience building and mentoring an EMEA-wide team with accountability for execution and results
• Deep domain knowledge of Supply Chain planning across strategic and operational levels
• Strong understanding of Anaplan’s platform and its application to business challenges
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, capable of compelling demonstrations and workshops
• Knowledge of product management, enablement and GTM operations
