Overview

In this role you will steer the delivery of large-scale tech initiatives for a high‑scale platform, ensuring alignment between business priorities and technology execution. You will coordinate multiple engineering teams, manage delivery risks, and maintain quality and predictability across programs. You’ll drive digital transformation efforts by coordinating complex initiatives and fostering cross‑team collaboration. Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of strategic technology initiatives ensuring on-schedule delivery within scope and quality
• Develop and maintain delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and execution roadmaps across teams
• Drive program governance, progress tracking, and executive reporting
• Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, issues, and dependencies
• Coordinate with engineering, architecture, product, and business stakeholders to align priorities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for development, testing, release, and production readiness
• Establish delivery metrics and reporting for transparency and predictability
• Facilitate decision-making with delivery insights and recommendations to senior leadership
• Ensure release planning, environment readiness, and operational transition activities
• Drive continuous improvements in delivery processes and engineering effectiveness

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, program management, or software engineering leadership
• Proven experience delivering large-scale software platforms and enterprise technology solutions
• Strong experience with Agile and modern software delivery methodologies
• Experience using delivery management tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Strong understanding of SDLC and engineering practices
• Experience delivering cloud-based and microservices-driven platforms
• Solid understanding of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, release management, and production processes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach
