In this role you will handle a busy litigation caseload within a respected Maidenhead-based law firm. You will work in the Dispute Resolution team to manage property and commercial disputes and build strong client relationships. You will act as a fee earner within the team, contributing to high-quality case work and client service. Responsibilities

• Manage litigation caseloads, including property and commercial disputes
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients
• Collaborate as a fee earner within the dispute resolution team to deliver quality outcomes
• Contribute to case strategy and effective resolution of disputes

Key requirements

• Solicitor or Legal Executive or equivalent
