Commercial Manager

Overview

In this role you lead the commercial administration of an EPC contract within a major infrastructure environment. You will manage contractual obligations, risks and changes, working closely with project and client teams to protect commercial interests. Your FIDIC expertise, including Silver Book, underpins all commercial decisions and reporting. The position blends senior responsibility with cross‑disciplinary collaboration, offering impact across project outcomes and commercial integrity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercial administration of an EPC contract
• Interpret and manage contractual obligations and entitlements
• Monitor contractual performance, risks and liabilities
• Support management of change, claims and commercial issues
• Advise project stakeholders on contractual and commercial matters
• Maintain commercial records and reporting
• Collaborate with project and client teams to protect commercial interests

Key requirements

• Significant experience in a commercial management role
• Strong working knowledge of FIDIC contracts
• Experience with FIDIC Silver Book (ideally)
• Experience administering complex infrastructure or engineering contracts
• Excellent negotiation, communication and commercial problem-solving skills
