eTrading Product Manager – Executive Director

Overview

In this role, you will drive electronic and voice distribution of credit flows within Global Markets. You will deepen expertise in electronic trading market structure in Global Credit and work across client segments to improve outcomes. You will partner with sales, trading, and technology to enhance eTrading capabilities while ensuring regulatory compliance. This office-based role in London offers the chance to shape trading infrastructure and deliver impact at scale.

Responsibilities

• Electronic distribution and execution of credit flows via voice and electronic channels
• Monitor and analyze client activity and flow patterns to optimize outcomes
• Provide coverage across all client segments in the global credit markets
• Collaborate with sales, trading, and technology teams to enhance electronic trading capabilities
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal risk management policies

Key requirements

• Extensive experience with electronic trading market structure in Global Credit
• Proven track record in monitoring client activity and managing flows across electronic and voice channels
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and internal collaboration
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic trading environment
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks governing electronic trading
• Python programming skills for data analysis and automation (beneficial)
