Consultant- Real Estate Advisory Healthcare

Overview

In this role you will support healthcare real estate decisions, working within the Real Estate Consulting team to test investment feasibility and build the case for change. You will craft and critique business cases and estate strategies, collaborating with clients and multi-disciplinary teams to drive sensible, data-informed outcomes. The position offers exposure to major capital projects and the HM Treasury 5-case framework, with scope to shape healthcare estate planning and investment. Responsibilities

• Prepare business cases (SOC/OBC/FBC) and estate/property strategies
• Develop target operating models for property and manage change
• Engage with clients across levels and manage relationships
• Support programme and project management, including capital projects
• Analyse data and present evidence-based solutions
• Work collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams and adapt to travel
• Demonstrate financial literacy and commercial understanding
• Contribute to business case authoring using HM Treasury 5-case model

Key requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent
• Project management qualification (e.g., Prince2 or MSP) or equivalent experience
• Business case writing skills or equivalent experience
• Experience in client-side and consultancy environments
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion, and influencing skills
• Ability to manage and analyze large datasets
• Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage own workload
• Good data management practices
• Flexible and capable of adapting to changing project requirements
