Overview
In this role you support a thriving residential property team within a Legal 500 recognised regional firm, handling a full conveyancing caseload and helping grow the client base. You will manage files end-to-end, nurture relationships with introducers, and contribute to the team’s strategic growth. The position offers a mix of technical practice and business development in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage a full range of residential conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion (freehold/leasehold, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build, shared ownership)
- Develop and maintain relationships with introducers (estate agents, brokers, developers) and identify new business opportunities
- Balance a busy caseload while maintaining high service standards
- Support team growth and contribute to expanding the firm’s client base
Key requirements
- 3+ years’ PQE
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
- Strong technical experience across residential conveyancing
- Ability to manage files independently from instruction to completion
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- Strong commercial awareness and profitability understanding
- Experience building referrer/introducer relationships
